As is tradition, the Cahora Bassa Hydroelectric School held another round of lectures on March 21, 2025, to mark the International Day for the Fight Against Racism and Racial Discrimination.

This year, unlike the previous one, the lectures were delivered locally by the History Teacher and Delegate of the Social Sciences and Philosophy Group. The sessions were designed to:

Sensitize and raise awareness about racism;

Provide information on the various forms it takes;

Analyze its causes and consequences;

Promote anti-racist attitudes and actions;

Challenge and dismantle stereotypes and prejudices.

All primary school classes—from first through sixth grade—participated in the sessions. The images below capture key moments of the event and reflect the students' engagement and interest.
