HCBIS Leadership Training: Strengthening Our Educational Community

The HCBIS Management expresses its sincere gratitude to the trainers from the Instituto Superior Politécnico de Tete (ISPT) and to all participants for their dedication and professionalism. We are confident that the knowledge gained will contribute significantly to the growth and consolidation of our educational community.
From 12 to 14 February, Hidroeléctrica de Cahora Bassa International School (HCBIS) held a three-day training course on “Leadership” for its leadership team, namely Human Resources, the Coordinators, the Kindergarten Coordinator, Heads of Subjects, and the Head of the Library. The programme reflects HCBIS’s ongoing commitment to the continuous improvement of management and the school environment.
Held on the school premises and delivered by ISPT lecturers, the training promoted reflection, the sharing of experiences, and the development of skills in areas such as leadership, communication, team management, conflict resolution, and strategic decision-making.
The knowledge acquired will further strengthen our institution and enhance the excellence of HCBIS’s educational service.
